Extraordinary Escapes are the Maldives experts. We are a specialised travel consultancy company that focuses on luxury breaks solely to the Maldives.

Extraordinary Escapes specialises in planning:

We offer a unique service consulting with our clients on a one to one basis and use our personal experience to formulate the perfect holiday for you. Each year, we spend up to two months in the Maldives, staying at the resorts we market, and researching everything there is to know.

Why we are different from your regular travel agent

We believe that you cannot provide advice on a destination unless you have personally been there (and not just heard about it from your colleague) and actually stayed there (for more than just one night).

Extraordinary Escapes can offer you information that you cannot find in brochures or on the internet. We can formulate a unique holiday/resort/boat combination that you cannot find anywhere else.

We know every detail there is to know about the resorts that we market, for example what room to request for the perfect sunset, where the most romantic place in the Maldives is to have dinner or get married, through to the best resort for families or where to stay for the best diving or surfing experience.

As the founders of Extraordinary Escapes, we have travelled the world extensively, with and without small children, staying in many of the leading hotels of the world. We have lived in the US, UK and Hong Kong and were even married on the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Our aim with Extraordinary Escapes is to use our vast travel experience to create the ultimate holiday for our clients.

We were tired of being misinformed by travel agents who dealt with a multitude of destinations and who did not have the time to focus on getting our holiday right. We created this company to ensure that our client’s once in a lifetime holiday or event receives the attention that it deserves.
